Ingredients:

1 bag spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup strawberries for juicing
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup Balsamic vinagrette

Directions: Combine all of the solid ingredients in a big salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the half cup of balsamic vinaigrette with the fresh strawberry juice. Then pour over salad, toss and serve!
