Will & Noey are the adorable children of Paul & Crystal Wall. Here is the latest recipe from Crystal on how to keep your kids happy and healthy this summer!
This recipe accidentally happened oneday after making strawberry-banana smoothies for my kids. We’d just bought Popsicle makers and
were planning on making fresh fruit pops, when Will had this brilliant idea to make fresh fruit smoothie pops! I loved his idea, so we put the remainder of the strawberry-banana smoothie in the Popsicle makers, stuck them in the freezer to let it “do what it do” and voilà “Smoothie Pops”!
Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries
3 bananas
2 cups non fat vanilla/ honey yogurt
1/2 cup of ice
Blender
Popsicle maker cups
Directions: Rinse strawberries and remove the leaf, peel bananas, and combine all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until nice and smooth, then pour into Popsicle maker cups and freeze overnight. Now here’s a healthy Popsicle full of natural sugar, that you and family will enjoy making and eating together!
